近日，深圳市商务局、深圳市投资促进局协同中国工商银行联合举办为期两天的韩国代表团考察交流活动，韩国海运、物流、船舶制造及汽车行业等多个领域的企业代表汇聚深圳，旨在推动中韩在海洋经济、新能源汽车及物流领域的产业对接和项目落地。

　　Recently, the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) jointly received a South Korean delegation on a two-day visit to Shenzhen for inspection and exchange. The delegation, comprised of shipping, logistics, shipbuilding, automotive and other sectors, aimed to deepen the industry cooperation and project materialization between China and South Korea in marine economy, new energy vehicles and logistics.

　　此次考察活动同时得到了深汕特别合作区与盐田区政府的大力支持。期间，韩国代表团重点考察了深汕特别合作区的新能源汽车产业、小漠国际物流港的汽车滚装出口业务，深入盐田国际集装箱码头，了解其发展历程、设施建设与综合业务，还探访了盐田综合保税区，全面了解区内政策、产业布局及用地规划，对保税区未来的发展空间和潜力高度关注。

　　The inspection program also received great support from the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone and the People’s Government of Yantian District. The delegation visited NEV businesses in the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, the car ro-ro shipping business of Xiaomo International Logistics Port, and Hutchison Ports YANTIAN, learning about their development journey, facilities, and integrated services. At the Yantian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, they gained a comprehensive understanding of the district's policies, industrial paradigm and land use planning, showing great attention to its development potential.

　　实地考察结束后，深圳市盐田区与韩国海洋振兴公社（KOBC）召开座谈会。盐田区区长邓飞波主持会议，深圳市投资促进局局长李萌以及盐田区委常委、副区长高东春出席会议，深圳市商务局、盐田区相关职能部门、深圳港集团等单位以及盐田港相关企业参会。在中国工商银行釜山分行、中国工商银行首尔分行等金融机构代表的协助对接下，中韩企业代表就进一步深化合作顺利开展交流座谈。

　　After the visit, officials of Yantian District had a meeting with KOBC. Deng Feibo, Head of Yantian District, chaired the meeting, Li Meng, Director-General of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and Gao Dongchun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yantian District Committee and Deputy Head of Yantian District, attended the meeting. Other attendees included representatives of the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, related functional departments of Yantian District, Shenzhen Port Group and other organizations, as well as relevant businesses in Yantian Port. Facilitated by the representatives of financial institutions such as ICBC Busan Branch and ICBC Seoul Branch, representatives of Chinese and South Korean businesses had deep exchanges and discussions on deepening cooperation.

　　会上，深圳市盐田区政府、深圳市投资促进局分别就盐田区海洋产业发展、政策优势、营商环境等情况作了详细介绍，并欢迎韩国海洋振兴公社（KOBC）及其相关企业来盐田投资。据悉，盐田港区作为超大型船舶首选港以及粤港澳大湾区国际航运枢纽港，2023年集装箱吞吐量1404万标箱，承担了广东省超三分之一的外贸进出口、全国对美出口逾四分之一的货量。韩国对盐田区的投资将进一步拓展中韩两国在港口物流等领域的合作空间。韩国海洋振兴公社（KOBC）表示看好深圳投资前景，同时对盐田港、盐田综合保税区及周边区域表达了强烈的投资意向和合作愿景。

　　At the meeting, the Yantian District Government of Shenzhen and the Investment Promotion Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality gave a detailed description of the local marine industry, policies and business environment in Yantian District, inviting KOBC and its related businesses to invest in Yantian. Yantian Port, as the first choice for ultra-large ships and the international shipping hub in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, registered a container throughput of 14.04 million TEUs in 2023, making up over one-third of Guangdong's foreign trade volume, and over one-quarter of China's exports to the United States. South Korea's investment in the Yantian District will further expand China-South Korea cooperation in port logistics. KOBC stated that it is optimistic about Shenzhen's investment prospects and has interests in cooperating with and investing in Yantian Port, Yantian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and the surrounding areas.

　　当前，深圳正努力打造国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局，通过“双招双引”战略，吸引全球优质资源向深圳集聚，推动经济高质量发展。近年来，中韩经贸合作不断走深走实，深圳与韩国在对外贸易和双向投资方面均拥有良好的合作基础。2023年11月，深圳市商务局与中国工商银行首尔分行签署了建立经贸合作与投资促进伙伴关系备忘录。2024年3月25日，促进韩国海洋振兴公社(KOBC)投资深圳线上视频会顺利召开，此次韩国代表团赴深圳考察交流，正是3月线上会议所取得的实质性成果，亦是深圳市在全球化浪潮中，积极推动国际经贸合作、扩大对外开放、吸引外资的重要举措。

　　Shenzhen is currently striving to build a new development paradigm with domestic and international circulations reinforcing each other, as it implements investment promotion and talent strategies to gather strengths from all over the world to boost its high-quality economic development. In recent years, China-South Korea economic and trade cooperation has been deepening with more concrete results, paving the way for deeper cooperation in trade and two-way investment between Shenzhen and South Korea. In November 2023, the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and ICBC Seoul Branch signed a MoU on economic and trade cooperation and investment promotion. The South Korean delegation's visit came after the two sides' video conference on KOBC investment in Shenzhen that took place on March 25, 2024. It was also one of Shenzhen's key measures to boost international economic and trade cooperation, expand opening-up, and attract foreign investment amidst globalization.

　　接下来，双方将围绕港口数字化、智能化和绿色化转型，在信息化、基础设施升级及物流设施优化、船务管理运作、综合物流解决方案、船舶抵押登记、船舶融资租赁及船舶购买等方面开展合作，进一步拓宽商贸业务，共同推动两国物流与贸易的繁荣与发展。

　　Going ahead, the two sides will, with a focus on digital, intelligent and green port transformations, carry out cooperation in informatization, infrastructure upgrade, logistics facility optimization, shipping management and operations, integrated logistics solutions, ship mortgage registration, ship financial leasing and purchase, etc., to further expand commerce cooperation and jointly promote the prosperity and development of logistics and trade of the two countries.
